The Government of Rajasthan, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, will host the first-ever Pravasi Rajasthani Diwas on December 10, 2025. This landmark initiative aims to engage the global Rajasthani diaspora, strengthen cultural bonds, and harness their expertise for the state’s growth in sectors such as education, healthcare, tourism, industry, and water management.
In the run-up to the mega event, a series of national and international roadshows will be organized in Hyderabad, Surat, Kolkata, and abroad in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, to encourage wide participation and build momentum.
The day-long celebration will feature thematic sessions led by diaspora experts, offering a platform for dialogue, investment, and collaboration. The state government will also felicitate distinguished achievers with the Pravasi Rajasthani Samman Award (PRSA) for their contributions in social, economic, and industrial fields.
A cultural highlight will be the screening of Panch Gaurav, a film showcasing Rajasthan’s heritage and district-level pride, aimed at deepening emotional connections with the diaspora.
The initiative, spearheaded by the Rajasthan Foundation, underscores the state’s vision to transform diaspora engagement into a powerful driver of inclusive growth and global partnerships.
