ICICI Home Finance Launches Micro Home Loan Apna Ghar Dreamz

ICICI Home Finance (ICICI HFC) has launched a new micro home loan ‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’, for skilled professionals such as carpenters, plumbers, electricians and tailors, painter, welders, auto mechanic, manufacturing machine (Example Lathe, CNC) operator, laptop / computer/ RO repair technician, as well as small and medium sized business owners, grocery store owners in Rajasthan. The loan amount offered ranges from INR 2 – 30 lakhs. ‘Apna Ghar Dreamz’ home loan is targeted at the informal segment of the population who wish to purchase their own home, but may not have all documents that a formal financial institution would require.

Customers can also avail all the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) which is a credit-linked subsidy scheme (CLSS) for Lower Income Groups/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS/LIG) and Middle Income Groups (MIG – I & II). Under PMAY- CLSS, a borrower is eligible for maximum subsidy of up to INR 2.67 lakh.
